Prior to July 2024 Archibald Water System Inc board meetings were held monthly. At the June 2024 annual meeting the members voted to allow the board to hold regular meetings every other month and hold special meetings if needed. These regular meetings will be in July, September, November, January, March and May on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 6pm at the water system office at 441 LA 856 Rayville, LA. Special meetings will be posted on the webpage as practical. Board Meeting minutes will be made available after board approval at the next meeting.
